Is the 2020 Wait Over Yet - Everyone Still Waits for Normalcy in 2021

You are not alone. 2020 brought many challenges to everyone around the world. It still feels like 2020 to many of us. We keep trudging along and remain resilient.

Like you, we make some casual trips to the dentist, hairdresser, or the local store. Eating at a local restaurant has not been on our to-do list since last year. We have taken advantage of taking out orders. Pick-up and curbside delivery are our new norm at the local pizzeria or Chinese Food Restaurant.

It still feels like deja vu.

It is hard to believe that we faced toilet paper shortages last March, and masks were challenging to find. Every homemaker began mass-producing cloth masks to share with their family and friends to help them remain healthy.

The worst problem was the massive supply-chain disruption and was followed by the logistics outage. We could buy the products everyone wanted, but we were unable to have them shipped not only to the US but shipped within the US. FedEx, UPS, and USPS faced worker shortages. Not enough drivers to deliver all the packages, which was then made worse by the online shopping holiday season.

We all wait for vaccinations. We're hoping that life will return to normal.

At L & M Kee, we will continue our COVID practices of maintaining disinfecting protocols, mask-wearing, and social distancing. Since we do not have a physical shop yet, we have minimal difficulties meeting those COVID protocols.

The shipping companies are slowly returning to their delivery schedules. Hopefully, the deliveries will return to normal by September, after everyone is vaccinated.

While we wait, many of us are still working from home. You know that you can look pretty at home and not just at work or school. There are no limits to when you can wear makeup or a new fashion dress. Changing what you wear and making yourself look fabulous can give your spirit that extra lift you need to get out of the funk you are in because you can't go anywhere because of the pandemic.

Our Cosmetic line is back and better than before. We have a subscription service that you can use and set it to your preferences. Have your make up shipped to you every two months or four months. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time.

Our clothing line has grown as well. We have many new dresses, tops, jeans, swimsuits, and T-shirts to choose from. Most items are shipping between 8 - 16 Business Days.
