Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date the purchased products are delivered. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a full refund during this time. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a full refund. After the 14 day period has passed, we will process your delayed return with a 14% restocking fee plus shipping costs with a 30-day return limit that will be applied to store credit.

Note: Orders returned due to a change of mind can be returned for a refund but the shipping of the return is to be paid by the customer.




1. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout.
2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.
3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 2 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
4. Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 2 weeks due to several factors (eg: customs)
5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
6. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
7. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • The Product is defective
  • The product is not as described
  • The product must be unused
  • The product must not be damaged
  • Photos of the item are required to initiate the return. Please email the photo(s) to sales@lmkee.com

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Before a determination can be made as to whether you can return an item you just purchased we need to know why you want to make the return.

Is the Item the wrong color, the wrong size, or the wrong item?
If the item is broken, please state why you feel it is broken.
Please send a photo of the item to show what it is that you are describing.
Once all the facts are known, then a determination can be made on how to proceed with the return authorization. A form will be emailed to you and you will be required to include the form in the box when you ship your item back to us.

The customer is required to pay shipping charges for all returns.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require your email address and the associated order number along with a photo of the item received that is to be returned. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.


Eligibility Conditions

Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, L & M Kee reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 14% restocking fee.

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code), and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

  • L & M Kee is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

  • L & M Kee is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. 

  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

  • L & M Kee can only refund the original purchase price. 

  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Order Cancellations

If your order takes longer than 60 Business days, you may request your order to be refunded even if the order arrives days later. We strive to provide the best shopping experience and believe that orders should not take an excessive amount of time to arrive.

Cancellations due to a change of mind after placing the order must be made within 12 hours because once the order has shipped it can not be stopped in transit.

Change of shipping address for orders must be made within 12 hours or the order may become lost in transit.

NO Returns on Some Items

There are a few products that are not returnable for hygiene reasons. These will be noted in the Product's description. The rule is for the protection of our consumer's health and safety.

Wrong Item Received Refund Requests

Claims for wrong items, missing items, or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

We will open an investigation with our supplier before a refund is issued for the wrong items received.

Please make sure that photos show the product received, tag, and label information that is clearly legible to help expedite the investigation. Also, include photos of damaged packaging.

You will be notified about the final determination in 24 - 48 hours, otherwise, you will be required to return the item you received for a full refund.

Shipping and handling fees are only refundable when L & M Kee, LLC is at fault for wrong or missing items.

Shipping items for returns and refunds

In order to return an order, you must use the Return Portal. Please email a photo of the item that is being returned to sales@lmkee.com

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 14% restocking fee.

How to Request Your Return

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
  5. We will only refund your money once we receive the returned item.
