The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are dispatched to the manufacturer within 24 hours of placement. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 3 - 7 days. Please understand that extra time is required to package and ship your orders.
- Shipping time refers to the period it takes for items to be shipped from the supplier to the destination.
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- After processing and leaving the supplier, items usually take between 3 and 20 Business days to arrive at their destination.
- However, unforeseen circumstances, such as logistical problems associated with Winter and Summer Storms, flooding, or wildfire conditions, may delay your order, causing it to take up to 60 Business Days to arrive.

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses requires additional fulfillment and shipping days due to the specific requirements for using the correct packaging materials. These orders will only ship via USPS Priority Mail from our facility located in New Hampshire. These orders may take up to 60 business days to arrive.
